Cancellation policy
In the event that you need to cancel your holiday, the following conditions apply:
- For cancellations made up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellations between 4 weeks and 10 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the booked travel price.
- For cancellations made within 10 days of arrival, we charge 70% of the booked travel price.
- In the event of no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the travel price.
Important: These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partially re-let.
