Because there are so many exquisite restaurants around Girlan serving up the finest flavours in the evening. Subtle notes that linger long in the memory. Dine around & enjoy is the motto of our boutique-style B&B.

A delicious breakfast buffet, with some dishes served at the table, surrounded by lush green vineyards. Warm waffles, juicy fruit, local yoghurt, cold cuts and cheeses, eggs cooked to order, and fragrant coffee. A breakfast so sumptuous you’ll want to linger a little longer. Savour every bite. Fresh regional snacks and typical South Tyrolean delicacies delight the palate. Lingers’ daytime bar serves guests daily from 12 noon to 6 p.m. with light snacks to satisfy those little cravings. Complement your meal with a sparkling aperitif or a refreshing soft drink and savour the true dolce vita.
Making your stay delicious
And if hunger strikes while relaxing in your suite or apartment? Everything you need is close at hand, because all our living spaces (and the pool area) have an honesty bar. That means: You can help yourself to whatever you’d like. Snacks, wine, beer … just let us know at reception what you’ve enjoyed.
Our Lingers’ shop works on the same principle: You’ll find crisps, cured ham and sausages, cheeses, breads and crackers, chocolate, wine, and various local specialities. Enjoy what you want and tell us later – we’ll simply add it to your bill.
