The rooms and suites are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, the apartments from 3 p.m.

We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms, suites, and apartments before 11 a.m. If you will be arriving after 6 p.m., please inform us; in this case, the key card will be deposited in your own key safe.

The rooms and suites in Lingers Suites & Residence are only designed for 2 people, the apartments for a maximum of 3.

Please let us know if you would like to have breakfast with us on the day of arrival. The charge for breakfast is €28.00 per person.

Not only can your faithful four-legged friend stay at Lingers Suites & Residence, they’re warmly welcomed! Please let us know at the time of booking if you’re bringing your dog with you, as not all rooms are suitable for pets. We’ll provide your loveable pooch with a food bowl, treats, and a dog-waste bags. A stay for dogs costs an additional €30.00 per night, not including food.

Your pet may accompany you to the terrace and sunbathing lawn during breakfast and the afternoon snack, provided they are kept on a lead. We’ll also be happy to help you choose a walking route or book an appointment at the dog groomer.

We ask for your understanding that any damage to furniture, doors, carpets, etc. caused by your dog will be charged to you. If you leave your pet alone in the room, please use the “Do not disturb” door hanger. This means that our staff will not enter the room (please note: room cleaning will also not be carried out if your dog is alone in the room). We reserve the right to charge separately for the final cleaning of heavily soiled rooms.

Depending on availability, you’re welcome to use your room, the pool, and the sunbathing lawn until 6 p.m. on your day of departure. There’s a surcharge of €60.00 per person for late check-out, which includes a bathing bag with towel and bathrobe.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights in the rooms and suites, and 3 nights in the apartments.

In addition to the prices quoted, guests are required to pay the local tax of €2.50 per night, per guest (aged 14 and over).

The prices shown on the website are starting prices. The actual price depends on occupancy and season.

• For cancellations made up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• For cancellations between 4 weeks and 10 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the booked travel price.
• For cancellations made within 10 days of arrival, we charge 70% of the booked travel price.
• In the event of no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the travel price.

Important: These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partially re-let.
